Recently, I needed to purchase a new pair of shoelaces for my main pair of shoes.
I thought of going to a department store and getting them, but instead I went to Timberline Footfitters, figuring I might pay a little more, but be guaranteed to get the right size and colour.
For a price that the local big box stores couldn't possibly beat, not only did they immediately find the right colour and size of laces, but they also shined my soft leather shoes up with a nice leather treatment, for no extra charge.
And the best thing of all: they acknowledged my shoes were worn, but didn't give me any sales pitch or pressure me into buying another pair of shoes right then and there.
In the past, I have hated buying shoes because it would take me all day to find a pair of shoes that I still wasn't really happy with.
In the two previous times I've shopped at Timberline for shoes, they've matched me with the perfect pair of shoes and each time I stayed within my
limited budget.
When I get my HST cheque in April, I will definitely be going back to Timberline to buy my third pair of shoes from them because I can be in and out of there within 30 minutes, and happily get on with the rest of my day.
Thanks Timberline for being such a great store to deal with and also a big thanks for the support you show to the local community.
