My son attended the March 6 Cougars/Thunderbirds hockey game with his grandparents.
Matyas was so excited when a Seattle player pointed him out for the big stuffed animal he was giving away at the end of the game.
He caught the stuffy only to be challenged by an adult female Seattle fan.
She had the stuffy's foot and pleaded that she wanted it for her scrapbook project.
She managed to snatch it away from him and left with it, as well as leaving Matyas with a
bleeding finger from the altercation.
What a disappointed little boy (he's seven).
When she was confronted the next game, she lied and said she had it first.
I have taught my children to have respect, do not lie, show kindness to others and have manners.
Shame on you, whoever you are. I hope you are not influencing other children to behave as you did.
