Please help. On Saturday afternoon my little Service Dog got out. He would have headed for Freeman Park but I got my wheelchair stuck in snow and could not go after him. He is a gold Shih Tzu, hair long for winter, was wearing a green and white leather collar. His ID tags had come off and was waiting for someone with use of both hands to reattach.
