Re: Anchikoski letter, Jan. 18.

The Citizen used to carry a coming events. When the paper was reconstructed a while ago, the coming events were dropped. It then became the responsibility of anyone wanting coverage in the paper to arrange this with The Citizen. Kathy Nadalin had just become the president at Elder citizen's association.

I know that she fsent five letters to the other senior groups and tried to get a meeting with all to see if we could help each other and try not to conflict if possible. No reply. When the drama club was going to put on a play, she contacted the Citizen and a reporter came up and when they were talking and Kathy explained how difficult it was to get the events in the paper, It was requested of her to write a weekly column (which she does free of charge). She didn't need or want the extra work in her busy schedule but agreed to give it a shot. She has always given her e-mail address in her column and has written articles about other people not only ECRA.

She is looking for input from you. If you have something that you feel that the readers would like to know and would enjoy she would love to here from you.
