I am writing this letter to express my disappointment at the school district. Mr. Cable is quoted as saying that looking at the numbers of kids coming in from the French programs has never been discussed. How could that be?
These programs are becoming more and more popular, which would mean the numbers at Duchess Park will continue to rise. How do you accept one child at a school but not a sibling? Any parent can feel for someone that has to deal with two high schools every year, especially when it was not by choice. I feel the district could have dealt with this issue better.
