Enough is enough.
Who at city hall has their head in the sand, or should I say ice, in regards to the condition of our streets? If the ruts get any deeper I will not be able to get my car down my street. Thankfully as of yet I have avoided any damage to my car but when that does happen do I send the bill to the mayor's office, or will it be deducted from my taxes? We are a northern city with real winter conditions that our city should be prepared to keep drivable and safe.
