I agree with Tina Steppler.
One day I was on my way (in a motorized chair) to the hospital for my three-times-a-week treatment.
An RCMP officer yelled at me to "Get on the sidewalk where you belong."
I have a very bad and sore back, I feel every bump. Also as you go up Connaught sidewalk, they should have a ramp at the end.
City hall, that would keep most of us from taking a short cut on your grass.
