Reader not happy withchanges at The Citizen

I and many other people are very unhappy with the changes that have occurred (at The Citizen) in the last while. It seems that you are trying to upset everyone so they will go online to read your paper.

There is much relaxation when a person sits in a chair and gets away from the time spent sitting in front of the screen for a long time.

The constant lateness of sporting events of local teams, both here and away, as well as national teams is very disappointing.

There are times where our local teams have been playing at home and the game would be over before 9:30 p.m., and wereomitted as late games. Sometimes, a story is on a previous page and not included in the stats.

This is getting to be a regular thing.

Why do we want to subscribe to a daily paper when the news is two or three days old? We also read the paper to get a wider scope of the event that occurred.

The changes in the comics (used to be called, funny papers) are terrible and insult the intelligence of everyone, particularly the children.

There are many things that go on in this city that could be much better promoted and would be very informative to the general public.

I do not blame the sports reporters, photographers or writers, but I do blame the management that sets policy. You are going to lose a lot more subscribers like myself, if there are not some changes in the future.

I and many persons I have spoken to do not plan on renewing our subscriptions.
