It seems to me that the city administration when making any changes to the usage at Masich Stadium would first and foremost determine who uses this facility the most, then having determined that the public at large is the primary user, they could plan the usage at the stadium to ensure that this group of people are accommodated at least to the extent that they were prior to the upgrades and renovations.
Prince George has a large number of people who work on shifts, the elderly, and of course those who work regular shifts Monday through Friday, and it behooves us to ensure that this facility is availablefor all users as much as possible through any given day.
To try and have everyone who uses this facility accommodated through an early morning to early afternoon window is ludicrous, and in fact would reduce the number of users per year.
The city needs to ensure that this facility is available for as many hours as possible throughout the year, as it has been in the past.
This is what we are paying for and this is what we expect.
