Put money where it matters

This morning I was watching BCTV and with a great deal of sadness the news that the small animal farm in Stanley Park is closing. The staff said there is a shortfall of $220,000 to operate the farm for a year.

Here's where I get mad and very despicable about you. You can write off a $6-million legal bill to the convicted crooks of the BC Rail scandal, but can't find the money to run the farm for our kids.

Six million can run the farm for more than 20 years. I'd like to hear your spin on this one. What do I tell the kids? "You've got to be a convicted crook to get help from the B.C. Liberals."

Or maybe more crooks to visit the farm to get a write off on the cost of running the farm.
