When I found out that the government was deciding on shut down 14 schools in our district alone, not including the rest of the province, it got me thinking. They would put millions and millions of dollars into the Olympics, yet they can't find the money to keep our local schools open, so they use our tax payers money for the Olympics, then they give us a chance at Vanier Hall to discuss our matters of concern, we had petitions against it, but no, they want to still shut them down when all the money that was put in the Olympics should have been put into our schools.
