Its Shane..your new downtown committee. Keep downtown...downtown! Put in a big box down there...which one is next in line? Building permits issued downtown only for that. That will definitely revitalize it. Yes they have their downfalls, but you can't move in Westgate on the weekends. Every store, small business included, is packed full. Spread the wealth. Everybody from town is here. You have to drive from the Hart to Westgate to buy a 2X4! Sorry, you can find them on 15th and Central. Central revitalization seemed to have worked...no multiple committees with thousands spent. Just do it. Then slide the committee money to potholes..(more like repaving)...in Westgate. Its for all the excessive traffic that's developed in the New Downtown! I'm sending you a consultation invoice Dan!....two cents. Given that, I think someone owes us a price match refund.
