On May 5, at 3:40 p.m., we witnessed a pedestrian being bumped by a small red car proceeding up 10th to Central. The woman driver, I think, was too intent on not being hit by traffic coming up 10th from Duchess Park, while she was making a left hand turn onto 10th. The crosswalk, I know is not very visible right now but the pedestrian was in it as he should be. As the three witnesses yelled and were concerned for the victim, the lady made a very hasty getaway before we could get her number.
This intersection and also 10th and Alward deserve better visibility so a lot of the cars parking on 10th should be gone.
