Plowing: It makes no sense

It seems to me that they are already working off this core review concerning the savings and snow removal. They did not do downtown for two days. Here we have a situation that makes no sense.

It seems to me that they are already working off this core review concerning the savings and snow removal. They did not do downtown for two days. Here we have a situation that makes no sense. They started plowing McBride Crescent the third day but they started at the top on the flat section. They left the hilly section and it was very bad getting up from Winnipeg. Next day all the roads around us have been plowed except the hill section of McBride. All the roads are clear around us and they even plowed a small dead end street by the hospital. I have pictures of the bottom of the crescent all nice and clear and the top of the crescent all nice and clear, the hilly road between still full of snow. A lot of seniors live in this area. Oh and the hill section of Laurier is not plowed also. Seniors cannot get around, cars have difficulty in parking. Halloween was a nightmare for kids for walking. They want a core review, send all the loader operators for more training. I watched a loader spend 30 minutes on a corner. I use to operate a loader, I could have done that in five.

Oh yes, but these guys are hired by the hour, right... so the longer it takes... Give them a time limit on each section, and if they do not do it in the time allotted, fire them and get someone else. Hire all us seniors who would like to have jobs, we work for less... and give back more.
