In respect to the proposed sale of the Pine Valley golf course by some of our councillors. What good does it do for the seniors and juniors of this community to do away with one of the recreation areas in our city that is affordable. Seniors on a fixed income can enjoy some outdoor activity without going broke. The council in the past has said it wants people to retire in P.G. If this is so look at what your city offers. You might be able to pay the rates asked for by the large clubs. $36 to 40 per person try taking $80 a week out of a fixed pension.
If our city needs to sell land try to get rid of the lots you purchased down town land the city has that it is not receiving revenue on.
