With a recent visit back to my hometown of Prince George over the holidays I feel compelled to write this letter to say Bravo Prince George for continuing to do a great job of making this a great place to live. Some highlights from my visit include the UNBC vs Japan basketball game at the beautiful Sportscenter, a great New Years bash at the Hart Community center, the warmer than usual winter weather, great food at two new restaurants, shopping at new stores, Costco, beautiful sunny days, excellent skiing at the local ski hill, the number of exciting job opportunities in the paper, outdoor hockey at one of the local rinks, a fantastic dog park where my dog and I both met friendly people and pets, exciting nightspots full of hip twenty something students, refreshing forest trails, familiar community places and faces, the aquatic center, and in general the healthy feel and good people. Rest assured Prince George I will be back and I will be sure to encourage others to visit! Keep up the good work!
