We have lost our freedom of choice.
Telus Mobility is charging $2 as of Sept. 21 for every paper bill sent out.
The only way to not pay this extra money is to go have your bill sent by e-mail.
So many people do not own or want to own a computer and are on a limited income. The lower income will be affected again.
