You people at The Citizen must realize that with this incredibly great (almost snowless) winter we've had that the city must have saved at least $3-4 million in snow removal costs.
And yet it had the nerve to raise our taxes for an increase in the snow removal budget by a further $2.5 million - from $5 million to $7.5 million.
None of you have murmured a word about it in the paper thus far. Why?
