Ok, I get it... you can't fix stupid but I was just shocked today to see just how much of it is on our roads.
The roads slick, people scared and unprepared yet travelling between 5th Ave. and 22nd Ave. on the by-pass I was nearly rear-ended four times by the same young lady who followed me talking on her cell phone and laughing, having a great old time.
Coming back in the opposite direction I had to wait through four left turn lights at the Mr.P.G. Intersection. While waiting there I counted seven people on their cell phones which was eye-opening enough, but what really caught my eye was the gentleman in the older burgundy Chevy truck texting while trying to keep his truck on the road with his pinkies.
Really people! What's it going to take? Do you need to kill someone before you get it? There's a reason these things are illegal.
