After happening to catch a glance of the front page of the paper Monday, you have now completely solidified my resolve to never subscribe to the trash you call a newspaper.
This morning I was hit with a horribly tragic photo of someone's son, brother, husband, and/or father dead on the road.
To the editor of The Citizen, I hope you take a moment to think of how you would feel if this was the last photo you had of your child, sibling, parent or other loved one.
I cannot imagine what was going through your mind when you approved this disgusting display of what you seem to think is good reporting. Perhaps sales? No number of sales is worth the heartache you have created for this person's family.
A sincere apology is in order.
Unfortunately, I fear that nothing will undo the pain you have caused.
