I read, and not without considerable disappointment, the "opinion" of one Nicholas Fedorkiw with respect to, what at least to him, appeared a sure argument in support of LNG in BC.
Sadly, his promotional tour of every fantasy touted by the blind proponents of unbridled LNG, fell short.
At this time, it's a far-from-existing industry with only one really interested party, while all the rest balk at Premier Clark and Minister Coleman, who have jointly served a chill to concerned stakeholders, as a seven per cent surcharge looms over and above any production or facilitation costs.
As well, the fact the Premier keeps lowering the number of plants in the foreseeable future is an omen most recognize for what it is: A PR buffer against failure.
Mr. Fedorkiw's view seems to come from the wearing of several pairs of roseate glasses.
Or perhaps the fact that he is an energy lobbyist and LNG spinner, based in Prince George, a disclaimer your paper overlooked printing.
I'm sure it was an innocent oversight.
