I just finished reading Harry Yates' letter about the long waits at the Medical Labs at the hospital and at the Phoenix. The employees at both labs work very hard and if you watch them you will notice they are working as fast as they can. Their job is not an easy one. I have had long waits as well. I don't like waiting either, but I wait my turn without complaining. I go every three months for an A1C and have gone numerous times over the years for other tests.
I am wondering why Mr. Yates thinks he is more important than the rest of us. Is his time more important than the rest of ours? Mr. Yates should be thankful for their diligent work instead of complaining about having to wait his turn.
