I would like to know where in the sky this money is falling from, so I can get my bucket and be there when it is. You know there is a method to your madness. Get as much stuff as you need to build for you and your ritzier buddies - the arts centres, which most of us can't afford to use.
When the times come to decide, you can say, "Boy! We got all this stuff for the centre, we can't stop now!"
To boot, you will make it so you won't need a referendum (like the cop shop). You got a centre sir, aim on a fixed income.
I can't go to any rainbow, I can only bleed so long. Maybe I should throw my hands up and say the hell with it all, and get the city and government to support me, eh?
