(I'm) greatly impressed with new pavement on Ospika but why did they raise the speed limit to 100 km per hour?
Driving slightly over posted speed and was being passed/pushed by all. One black Chevy pickup passed everyone only to turn off at bottom of hill noon Friday at about 11 a.m.
