I had a chance to drive Foothills Blvd. today from the Foothills Bridge to North Nechako Rd.
If I recall correctly, this stretch of road is on the list to be repaved from the latest allocation of "reserve" funds.
This stretch of Foothills Blvd. is not bad at all. Hardly a pothole and I can straddle what little cracks there are with ease.
At least this stretch of road does not cause me to weave in my lane or even consider taking an alternate route.
My money would be on the stretch of 15th Avenue, both sides, from the Bypass (Hwy. 97) to Ospika Blvd.
I have to admit that I do drive 15th Avenue much more often. If I am able, I purposely take Fifth Avenue when possible.
Swerving to miss holes, cracks and craters is not optional.
15th Avenue really needs the work bad.
Drive both yourself.
