Soooo mayor and council. What are we afraid of?
Must be some secrets in the wings we may be trying to hide. What could they be?
How soon campaign promises are forgotten.
More open council and responsible spending with a closer watch on tax increases. Just like the feds and provincials.
I for one never voted for Dan, but unfortunately did vote for some disappointing council members. I would certainly hope Mr. Skakun runs for mayor or possibly Don Zuroski.
This censure situation should be sending alarms bells to all citizens as it seems we have a bully mayor and council.
The only good thing is an election this fall, and I would hope all voters have a hard look at what's happening. I would like to think that some of the council members read the paper but have my doubts, as they seem to have their own agenda at heart and not the taxpayer, which is not new.
