I fully agree with Sgt. Pat McTiernan, people need to drive for the road conditions.
I have one question though. Why are the road conditions so much better once a person leaves the area maintained by Yellowhead Road and Bridge, does the weather improve once you cross the line, or is it that the other road contractors do the job they are paid to do?
I believe it is the latter.
Anyone travelling our B.C. highways knows when they are on YRB maintained roads, which are awful. YRB needs to be held accountable for the road conditions in the area, and quit worrying about the bottom line on the balance sheet.
