We must thank our quiet heroes. Today I give thanks to the family of late Larry Lilly of Prince George. Larry, although quiet, was a hero to many of us in Prince George. He was an excellent musician (steel guitar), and a man of few words. By just being with us and seeing how he handled himself and his friends and foe, he was a leader. He very rarely had harsh words for anyone and by his actions and kindness, he led us. Don't dwell on anyone's shortcomings. We must look inside one another. Larry, we thank your family for sharing you with us. The Native and non-Native community of Prince George is a better place because of you and your family will live with us through your work. We love and miss you. Larry, until we meet again,
