Light bulb as dim idea

To the citizens of Prince George and all of the provinces: We have now all been told that our regular light bulbs are now obsolete. The new bulbs now are dangerous to our health and well-being. They're not safe for our families.

To the citizens of Prince George and all of the provinces: We have now all been told that our regular light bulbs are now obsolete. The new bulbs now are dangerous to our health and well-being. They're not safe for our families.

They have mercury in them and are toxic.

To my fellow B.C. people they cause brain cancer, tumors and also kidney damage. They are very hard on the eyes and not safe when they are fairly close to you when you are trying to read.

They cause severe headaches. Let our government know that these spiral light bulbs should be taken off the market and keep the ones we have.

They knew about the damage these lights cause years ago when I was working in a hospital in Winnipeg in 2003.

I would rather be safe instead of saving electricity, using a bulb that may kill me.

Call your MLA and tell them what kind of light bulbs you want in your home. I know which ones I want, and they are regular old-fashioned ones.

Read the editorial in the Jan. 4 Prince George Citizen and open your eyes. There's danger in your home and to your life. The editorial is called: The light's are on but nobody's home.

I wonder where they are?
