"Trump forges strange alliances' by Les Leyne, June 15, was an insightful, well researched, mature article encouraging cooperation among all Canadians. A cry of "all hands on deck" against the very apparently deranged voice from the U.S.
A startling contrast to another article on June 13 that was tedious, divisive and flawed. Name calling and an "us against them" mentality is a feeble rallying cry that unfortunately is finding favour in many troubled parts of the world, noticeably just to the south of us.
Hooray to Leyne, a voice of reason, cooperation and a call to a successful, united resolution to a very serious, troubling and hopefully shortlived aberration.
