Mr. Thompson was offered several one-on-one meetings and refused them all.
A word of caution to all of Pineview. Mr. Thompson would have restrictions on your property limiting the number of vehicles parked on it similar to city bylaws. That's why people live in the country. He would have yards almost manicured (not his), he would restrict trailers, he would want your yard looking neat in his mind.
However he must wear rose-colored glasses, take a look at the fence on his side of his yard. He has complained about the smell of sewage, which is stronger in his yard. There is a lot of history about this neighbourhood feud.
Hey Pineview, be wary of what you ask for as it will no doubt affect hundreds of properties.
