I do not think it means what you think it means, Mr. Corrigall.
We already have empty words and the failure to act, while filling our surveys that are ignored (looking at you, 2022 Budget Survey).
We already have long lists of our city’s problem.
We already have politicians telling us solutions to our problems are simple.
The struggle is real to find any change at all.
