May I take this opportunity to give a shout out to the Nechako road crew responsible for repairing and maintaining the Blackwater Road along Bobtail Lake?
Their diligent work along that stretch made driving along by Graveyard and Bobtail Lakes a pleasure rather than a harrowing experience.
That crew, despite the budget limitations imposed on a district with their MLA John Rustad in the opposition party, found ways to grade, smooth and even widen parts of the Blackwater to make for safer travel.
We are fortunate to have people in John's district who accept huge challenges and succeed triumphantly. How lucky we taxpayers are to have them working with us to keep our corner of B.C. strong.
