Parksville has a homeless problem and some of the people are seniors.
It’s not only Parksville with this problem; it’s all over B.C.
We need more senior housing and care centres. We need more low-income housing.
Then it was announced we are going to be spending a billon dollars on a museum in Victoria.
The last thing we need to be spending money on is a museum that most B.C. taxpayers will never see and could care less about.
Keep the old museum, fix it up or move it. There are a lot of other places where our hard-earned tax dollars need to be spent.
We are totally against spending a billion dollars on a museum.
