Let people return to their homes in Alberta

Is being kept safe dangerous? I remember a story I heard about the Civil War in the States. The Union army was told to hold a hill until reinforcements came.

Is being kept safe dangerous?

I remember a story I heard about the Civil War in the States. The Union army was told to hold a hill until reinforcements came. After three days of heavy fighting they were down to 100 men, the remaining colonel decided to attack. It was impossible but at first light they went over that hill screaming and running. The army below panicked and started running thinking reinforcements had come. Not a very safe or smart thing to do? That's how wars are won.

The people in Alberta are fighting a war with water. Keeping them safe is not going to win that war, the Mayor of High River should wake up.

Young people in Canada and the U.S. are killing themselves with drugs, alcohol, cars, bikes, crime, etc. any to everything that has life and danger in it.

Why can't we see that now our main focus is in keeping people happy and safe. We have to give teachers what they want so they are really happy.

We made a great fuss about the hospital expansion a few years ago because we were the hub and all the surround area people were coming to us. So we have a beautiful foyer, large spacious rooms, comfortable areas for doctors and nurses to relax and be comfortable, but not one extra bed for people. We were only allowed 52 beds so now we complain for people being the hallways etc. Why? We didn't fix the problem to help more people, you need more beds not more comfortable surroundings.

They mayor of Calgary has his head on right and is and will see amazing results. One time my toilet was plugged and I didn't have a plunger after searching the apartment. I couldn't find anything to use so I took a clothes hanger and twisted it and moved it around, praying as much as I could, Lord I could use some help. When I flushed it the water came out like it was shot from a cannon.

The clothes hanger might have been the only thing except a plumber's snake that could have fixed it. Most people would never try that. After all, we all know is impossible right?

To the mayor of High River, I say, "Let my people go."
