It would appear from the article that the length of sentence when convicted of a crime has a lot to do with your ancestry.
Does that mean if I had been convicted of this crime, the Crown council in all their wisdom would ask for a greater punishment? I am a 81 year old Canadian, born and bred in this great country, (no criminal past, let alone three convictions for violent crimes).
Just an old ex-trucker asking how come.
