I would like to throw out a bouquet to BK Two Way Radio on 15th Ave., especially to their mobile phone guru Kyle. I have a Samsung phone, which I depend on for my work, and like anything technology related, it sometimes develops a mind of its own. However, any time I have questions or problems with it, I know I can depend on the staff at BK Two Way Radio's 15th Ave. location for help. And like I said, in the beginning, their mobile guru Kyle is a genius when it comes to all things cell phone related. Someone once told me BK had poor customer service, but I'm happy to report that's never been my experience. Kudos to Kyle and the rest of the staff for their great work in helping myself and others with our mobile technology woes.
