Its about time the government improved winter maintenance on 16 and 97.
The extra cost could be $3 million. Peanuts. How much did it cost for the 13 lives taken on Highway 16. I understand people have to take responsibility for their driving but crap happens sometimes. Extra sand and salt is a lot cheaper than a death. Could you do a story on the cost to ICBC for winter driving in the North? I am sure people would be surprised.
