It’s green, it’s healthy, give it a try

Why cycle? It's green, it's healthy and it's good advertising. That pretty well sums it up. As part of my commitment to help our planet, I try to cycle to work as much as possible.

That pretty well sums it up. As part of my commitment to help our planet, I try to cycle to work as much as possible. Since the round trip is more than 30 km I play mental games in my head to occupy my time. I look into the ditches and try image how that trash got there, it's super amazing what you'll see.

Next, I wonder how many environmentalists ride their bikes to work, so I keep my eyes out for them. This is a boring game because I barely see any bikers on the road at all. Of course I can't let my mind wander too far, otherwise I may hit a pothole or a pile of dirt, or yesterday, a tailgate off a truck canopy.

How did that get there?

To all the bikers, keep up the good work. To everyone who sees a biker and says to themselves that they are going to do it, "no time like the present."

To everyone else, 10 gas fill-ups can get you a pretty nice set of wheels.
