Inconsiderate joggers

This is the second week in a row that two (one is female as I can hear her voice) joggers have jogged up Connaught Hill, not once but three times in a row from 5 - 5:30 a.m. with hats with lights on them (similar to miners' hats) with their two beige/cream coloured dogs off leash.

First thing, Connaught Hill is not an "Off Leash Dog Area." There are signs posted that state that no dogs are allowed on Connaught Hill.

Second thing. There are people who live on Connaught Drive, which is at the base of Connaught Hill. These people have families (some with small children) and jobs that they have to get up for. Don't get me wrong, good for you for being active, but let's have some consideration for those people who do not have to be awake at 5 a.m.

The neighbourhood dogs bark continuously at you and your dogs when you jog with them off leash up and down Connaught Hill. Perhaps they know that you aren't supposed to be there with dogs at any time. Could you perhaps find a "more considerate" time to jog with your dogs? Or better yet, why don't you jog with your dogs in your own neighbourhood. I've been awakened two hours early two weeks in a row - unnecessarily!
