Re: Cancellation of Wizard of Oz
Like most people who bought tickets to the Wizard of Oz, I was very disappointed when it was cancelled. The tickets were a Christmas gift to my eight-year-old granddaughter, so thinking that I had to shop for another present for her I went to CN Centre to get a refund (Tickemaster website says to go to where they were purchased and they would be happy to refund). Surprise, they are not refunding until Jan. 4.
I called Ticketmaster and they said it was the decision of the promoter - I didn't buy my ticket from the promoter but from Ticketmaster and expected them to honour the refund policy as stated on the website.
