To mayor and city council:
For the last month I have not been able to go for a walk with my owner. It seems he is afraid to walk on the streets or sidewalks that surround our neighborhood. He says it is sheer ice and does not feel comfortable walking me because he could easily fall on the slippery roads. I am a 100 lb puppy who likes exercise. My owner likes his exercise too and really looked forward to our evening walks. My owner says our Cresent with no sidewalks has not been plowed in more than a month. (Heritage Area). This is very distressing and I am very sad. Is there any way this mess can be resolved so me and my owner can go for walks again?
