As a senior citizen myself, I can hardly wait for the new proposed complex planned for 1373 Sixth Avenue.
Imagine a one to two bedroom suite with 700 to 800 sq. ft. for only $200,000 to $300,000. The council of seniors receive calls from seniors looking for "affordable housing" and accessible places to live.
I hardly think this is an "affordable or accessible" place to live. There's no mention of parking. I wonder how that will work. Or maybe "we" don't drive anymore.
