I am absolutely horrified that our Mayor would be photographed attending a Gay/Straight Alliance meeting and appear on the front page of our newspaper.
I am very sorry that I voted for Mr. Rogers. I believed him to be a family man who wished to make Prince George a better place to live. These people at this meeting will not be the people running our city. They are an embarrassment to our beliefs and family values. I have worked hard all my life, and sincerely believe in a strong family unit. Dressing up and parading around dressed as a different gender is only showing the people of this town what a sad, state our city has become.
I am very disappointed in Mr. Rogers, our Mayor. I believed him to be above this sort of spectacle. I also hope that the P.G. Citizen will be brave enough to print my letter.
