John Horgan has large support issues with Andrew Weaver's supply and support agreement. Site C continues full speed to Mr. Weaver's chagrin. Kinder Morgan continues to progress to a major construction timeline on the Trans Mountain Expansion project. LNG in B.C.'s hinterland is starting to show new life.
Weaver can only throw barbs at Horgan in the Legislature over misguided and poorly thought out major changes to MSP tax and additional taxes to an over heated housing market that is reaching beyond the boundaries of the Lower Mainland.
It is a no brainer that Horgan had to shut down the FIFA soccer bid. Early in his mandate Horgan shot down a Commonwealth Games bid in Weaver's back yard of Victoria.
If Horgan had allowed the FIFA bid in Vancouver to continue, it may have been another blow to the supply and support agreement from Weaver.
Horgan has to try and govern the province with little or no political support in B.C.'s hinterland. His Green support is showing cracks. His new tax policies are shaky. I wonder if the supply and support agreement will last four years?
