This week is National Volunteer Week in Canada, with the theme of Volunteers: Passion. Action. Impact.
Volunteers in Prince George, and indeed across the country, are being celebrated.
We celebrate the passion shown in the commitment to worthy causes; action for the willingness to champion these causes, and Impact for the difference made in the lives of our fellow Canadians.
The Canadian Cancer Society is one of many charitable organizations that benefit from the gifts of time and expertise provided by volunteers.
