Heaping on the humiliation

Twice you have printed pictures of an older man being apprehended at a bank robbery and now you write an editorial making fun of him, publicly taking away his dignity and respect.

Twice you have printed pictures of an older man being apprehended at a bank robbery and now you write an editorial making fun of him, publicly taking away his dignity and respect. How much more humiliation will you heap on this unfortunate human being? From the pictures you published this man appears to have a physical handicap requiring the use of a walker to mobilize. If this was a 27 year old man with a physical handicap would you be writing editorials about how slow he was getting away from the bank using a walker with wheels designed for "tough terrain"? You quote the RCMP as saying there were "extenuating circumstances regarding his mental stare" yet you make no effort to find out what those circumstances were/are that force this man to resort to robbing a bank. In my mind that is the real story, why is this gentleman crying out for help in such a drastic manner? Making fun of handicapped older adults and people who live in nursing homes is ageism
