Guardian angels at work

On Friday April 5 I left Mackenzie en route to Kamloops to see my son who is in intensive care in Royal Inland Hospital. North of Prince George I hit a patch of ice and crashed my van.

On Friday April 5 I left Mackenzie en route to Kamloops to see my son who is in intensive care in Royal Inland Hospital.

North of Prince George I hit a patch of ice and crashed my van. I'd like to express my sincere thanks to all who stopped to help myself, granddaughter, dog and cat.

Firstly to the truckers who called 911 and put Ariel into the cab to keep warm, to fire rescue, police and ambulance crews, thank you. To all personnel at Prince George hospital you were amazing.

To Don and Kirstyn for coming from Kamloops to drive us back, to Larry and Glenda for booking and paying hotel and bus tickets for us, and for driving us to the bus depot via the hospital.

We were able to have a short visit with Michael who is still in a coma.

We are bashed and bruised but know that the Forry guardian angels must surely have their gold wings by now. Many wonderful people, friends of Michaels, now friends of the family.

Thank you all,

Joan and Ariel Forry, Ziggy and Bubbles
