I read the article regarding elder abuse and it made my stomach turn. Surely this caregiver who was videotaped is not still working in another Canadian home. She should be charged with assault and be deported. The government agencies involved should stop "passing the buck".
Mr. Brown's statement that the matter could not be discussed due to the privacy laws protecting the care aide was astonishing. what about the laws in place in Canada that are supposed to protect our Canadian citizens?
