Tory Zohner you should consider running for city council. I agree that we need to look at what services we want and what type of a city we want to live in. If cutting and reducing services are in the future I am sure we will reconsider our decision to retire in this city. One of the problems of the past was losing our retires and not developing a more balanced tax base. Is that where the core review is taking us? Personally I don't think I pay to much in taxes. But I do expect my dollars to be spent as efficiently as possible.
